Unanswered Ante Shell

My dear Anastasia,

We have held barriers between us for too long, and to remedy this, I will be the first to begin the dismantling and rebuilding process: I forgive you and Elisabeth.

I recognize that your efforts to undermine me, my legacy, and our family's corporation have been under the banner of "altruism." Let us bury the past and build anew. I know my methodologies and logic have been perceived as disagreeable by some, but considering recent events, now is time for me to rejoin humanity.

Since my reawakening, the only person who has come to keep me any regular company has been an upstart named Fenchurch. His relationship with his niece was my inspiration for mending our bridge.

He has proven to be quite an acquaintance though, sharing much of what I have missed while being abandoned in this basement. Most notably, he has told me about the Prophecy to "Bind the Nine." This has piqued my interest, as you might imagine. It is also the reason why, after years of sharing our family's knowledge and resources to bolster the City's foundries and his trading company's ornamental wares, he has agreed to hand-deliver this message to you.

I believe I am the only one knowledgeable enough to get through to these celestial bodies, for the benefit of our lineage and all of mankind. After my previous experience with the Exo frame, our combined knowledge should enable me to place my consciousness into a new, fully-formed frame. Once mobile, I am willing to join your Vanguard's leadership for the betterment of humanity.
